Tonight I pulled all the floor tape peel ply and cleaned them up a bit with some 80 grit. I found one tape has a sizable bubble in it! How did I miss that! Anyway, I cut out the bubbled area and featherd the edges with 80 grit. I then taped over the repair area with a pre-preg tape and added another piece of peel ply to ease the transition. Next I mixed up some med-dry micro and made some fillets around the F28 wood doubler in prep for a one ply layup. The layup is described in plans change 105 as it was missing from the section 1 plans.
