I hade made templates for the fuselage corner profiles some time ago on thin masonite. I decided to make some sanding blocks to help me shape the fuselage. The blocks are cut from 3/4 inch MDF. Each block is laminated from four pieces of MDF for a three inch wide block. I used the templates to cut the first MDF piece on the router table with a pattern bit. I then glued two more MDF pieces to the first (with the pattern MDF in the middle). I glued the final piece of MDF and then cut that with the pattern bit. They came out nice, we will see if they are useful.
