Brief Description: Fitting Firewall to Fuselage Side
Squared up the fuselage longeron openings with a perma grit file, lots of back and forth to check fit. Once I had the top pieces fitting well I marked the lower longeron postion in place. I then drilled small holes around the inside of the markings. A razor saw was used to connect the dots and make the rough cut. I then used a file to get out to the markings. Again lots of back and forth to get the fit correct. This tool about an hour per fuselage side.
