Brief Description:  Fuselage Side Layout Lines and Aft Wood Reinforcem

Today I marked out some 30 degree cardinals on the fuselage inside surfaces for guidance when performing the two ply of uni skin. I also traced out the bulkhead locations to act as a guide for placing peel ply. Then I switched focus to fitting the aft wood pieces LWX and LWY. I made a Spar Spacer block out of scrap wood on the table saw and fit the LWX and LWY using that as an aid. In image 3 you can see the tiny triagular gap between the LWX and LWY and Spar Spacer. This little gap is shown on drawing A4 and many other plans views. Not sure what it is for but I put it in! It makes sense that the angle on LWY should be 45 degrees. I cut it that way first but the furniture builder in me had me adjust it to 44.5 degrees to fit tighter against LWX.

WARNING - The dimensions on the spar spacer are wrong! Should be 6.5 x 8.5, the one in the picture is WRONG. I had to redo this area, do to this error.
