Brief Description: RH Fuselage Inner Skin -Prep for layups
Prepped for RH fuselage side inner skin layups (2 plys of UNI). I cleaned off my table and brought over the RH fuselage side foam core. I used weights to hold the core flat to the flat work table. I used short drywall screws from below the table to hold it down to the table. The holes were predrilled in the table to clear the drywall screw threads. This worked great on the LH side. I then vacuumed the core to remove any loose materials and layed out the four pieces of UNI I cut a couple of days ago. We will see how the precutting works out. On the LH side we just worked the cloth off the roll. Probably a little more waste when working it off the roll. I restocked my epoxy pump and cannister of Micro and got every thing laid out for the layups. My friend Rob is going to come over tomorrow after work and help me do the layups.
