I started final shaping the F22, F28, and IP bulkheads. I attached the router templages to the bulkheads with hot melt glue. These worked OKAY with my pattern bit in the router table. It would have worked great except the thickness of the templates. If they were 1/4 inch thick they would have given better margin between the end of the cutter and the template. With the 1/8 inch templates only half of the bearing can ride the template which makes thinks a little dicey! Because of this, this took a lot longer than anticipated.
