ensure push rod torque & bolt dpths are adequate tighten rudder turnbuckles to moderate tension insert tensiometer on cable run below plane adjust both cables to 25-28 " lbs (26 actual) then enter rudder by tightening/loosening turnbuckles line up slots on pin & turnbuckles insert pin clamps **need to create clearance on rib pass-through -had to shorten cable by tightening at push rod connections - unable - will have to use safety wire rather than clips to secure turnbuckle (alternate method approved)
