prep by testing fittings in all openings. sand off powder coating where required. align press tube fittings with holes.
replace steel bushings with bronze on downlock arm.
reverse position of monting bolts on steering pivot arm.
install downlock arm wtih two 6" bfonze bolts, tighten to just tense. will require drilled cotter pin holes.
install front gear. washers suspended only by grease. lift into position, install pins, required slight pry to get into position. ighten bolts to slign with cotter pin holes.
install steering push rod bell crank. isntall steering dampner, install cotter pint to secure.
install nose wheel. - align wheel, spacers (each side). - insert shaft, required effort to wedge in opposite spacer - drive shaft through, tighten - secure bending ears of round washer over flush nut.
