Sand off glzing from the four mounting points to fit tight fitting mount holes.
Trial fit. Too snug, so sanded rest of powder seating off. Reamed out bolt holse to remove interior powder coating.
Using hoist, lifted into place. Inserted bottom two mounting posts first, secured inside of plane with through bolts, large washers and nuts.
Worked upper mounting posts into position.Cut away insulation blanket to allow interior brackets to fit securely. Needed to bevel one bracket to avoid contact with chicken bolt.
Secured all four bolts with washers and nuts. hat to get longer bolts for upper mounts to allow adequate thread coverage.
