6061-T6 0.016" sheet was cut to 12mm strips to the centerline of the elevator. The trailing edge was aligned and clamped. The upper rivet holes were drilled and clecoed. Additional trailing edge piece attached by A4 rivets at 40mm pitch 20mm from rear edge. Trailing edge rivets drilled. Debured and primer applied. Additional rivet line done first then rivets on ribs. Trailing edge riveted in 4 places to hold together temporarily.
