New rear spar arrived. Stacked the old spar on top of the new one and centered and clamped together. Match drilled the holes for the ribs from the old spar to the new one. The damaged larger holes were left and drilled by assembling the rest of the parts and match drilling the holes from the rib and mount back into the rib. New doublers were ordered and drilled to match to eliminate any issues with alignment. All the new parts were debured and primmer was applied. Stabilizer skeleton was assembled ready for riveting.
