Since I forgot to check the backriveting before I started riveting the rudder together, I took a few steps back today. First I drilled out nine rivets joining the main skin to the counterweight skin. The right rudder skin had a number of rivets that needed to be set a little more. After touching them up with the backrivet set (my first time using it) I cleaned the inside TE of the skins with MEK (again), clecoed the rudder assembly back together, and reset the first three rivets joining R-901 to R-913.
