Riveted the counterbalance rib to the spar, then the counterbalance skin to the counterbalance rib. Then I cleaned the inside of the trailing edge of the ruder skins with MEK in anticipation of using proseal on the TE. After that the left and right skins were clecoed in place, and I began riveting the 901 skins to the 913 counterbalance skin, and also to the spar.
