Brief Description: Drilled HS-411 assembly to #12

Drilled the rear spar where the HS-411 assembly is bolted on with AN3 bolts to a #12 drill bit. Then I marked the rear spar parts including using a punch to place marks to reorientate the reinforcement bars back onto the rear spar.
