Brief Description:  Finished Cowling

After several steps of priming and sanding the cowling, the process is finally finished. This should serve to protect the fiberglass during the test flying and the next step will be when I have the plane painted.

I have all of the primed fiberglass parts stored in the rear of the hangar (gear leg fairings, intersection fairings and the cowling). I also have the last fuselage skin (the section that goes above the instrument panel) and the windscreen stored here until installation.

After the first engine start and testing of the instruments, I will rivet the final skin and install the windscreen.
