With the trimming and shaping of the upper and lower cowl halves completed, I then cut and positioned the side hinges in place and marked rivet locations. I then drilled the side hinges onto the upper cowl. I then attached the lower half of the hinge and inserted the pin. Now I placed the lower cowl into position and taped it into the final position.
