Brief Description: Valve cover gaskets and dipstick gasket.
My engine came from Aerosport with cork valve cover gaskets installed. Several RV owners recommended that I replace these with silicone gaskets to avoid leaks. I received the gaskets and installed them. I also realized that I did not install a gasket on the oil dipstick tube when I installed it earlier. I removed the tube and reinstalled with the gasket in place, and safetied the tube in place.
Old cork gaskets and new silicone gaskets.
