I am trying to get as many things completed as I can before I push into the final stage of prepping for the first flight.
I mounted the wet compas onto the instrument panel top skin. I placed the compass centered above the instrument panel in a position where it easy to see yet not be obstructive. I drilled for the nutplates, then dimpled and riveted in place.
I decided to put another coat of paint on the glareshield.
