I removed the forward left baffel and prepared for riveting by drilling to final size, deburring, dimpling or countersinking where necessary. I then riveted the parts together. I also riveted the screw hole doublers to the left rear baffels.
I spent some time planning for the oil cooler installation and looked at various locations on the left rear baffel.
I also manfactured an insert for the joggle in the left rear baffels that will make the installation of the baffel seals much easier and more efficient.
