Riveted the Spar and horns to the bottom skin IAW Van's Construction Manual. After completing this, I was not very please with the final product (sound familiar?) and decided to order a replacement tab. I am positive the trim tab I have half built is airworth, but the cosmetic flaws are more than I am willing to live with.
