Drilled Horixontal Stabilizer Assembly IAW Van's Consruction Manual. Deviated from the Construction Manual by drilling HS-404 as the template, then match drilling HS-702, HS-810-1/HS-814-1, and HS-405. Results were great and process was simple. All parts previously not deburred or edges not finished were debured and finished today IAW the Construction Manual. All holes drilled today will need to be debured prior to dimpling and riveting. Edges of Skins need to be finsihed as well.
