Completed Front Spar Assembly, page 6-1 and 6-2 in Van's Construction Manual. Match drilled HS-702 (s) to HS-810-1 and HS-814-1 IAW the Construction Manual. Bent HS-702, HS-810-1, and HS-814-1 to 6° IAW the Construction Manual. Completed Rip Preparation IAW the Construction Manual which required fluting of pre-punched ribs. All pieces in this section still require deburing and edge finishing.
