Brief Description: Empennage rigging completion

Completed rigging the empannage. Temp. riveted roney brackets to the underside of the horizontal stabilizers. Installed elevators and elevator control horns, assembled left and right elevator control rods, adjusted and riveted. Adjusted rudder pedals such that the pedal stop dosen't allow the rudder to dontact the elevator horns. Disassembled the empannage so all tail surfaces are ready for cover.
