Brief Description: Started rigging empanage

Attached horizontal stabilizers using fiberglass reinforced tape and squared them up using a square and angle finder. Next I clamped them in place and left the reaminder for the next day. I also added a reinforcement piece (3/4 aluminum angle) to the front of the below engine plate I installed the previous weekend.
