Brief Description: Attached right torque tube

Conmpleted Section 23-7, steps 1-4 by attaching the torque tube WD1014. Primed the outer wing skin and front and rear spar areas. Also checked the QB fuel tank for leaks by leaving 24 hours with a monometer attached with 1PSI of pressure.
