Here I have positioned the 1" thick axle drilling guide that I made locally. I then proceeded to drill all the holes to 1/4". This worked out perfectly with the axle bolt hole alignment spot on.
All work was carried out in accordance with the Zenith Aircraft Company Construction Standards 2007, Zenith Aircraft Company Photo Assembly Guide 2008 and the Zenith Aircraft Company Plan Set Serial Number 65-7512.
