Section 21 Removed vinyl, deburred and primed F-1213-R&L Step Floors. Pg. 21-14 Step 2: After recieving a small dimple die from Avery Tools, dimpled the holes in the top flange of both Inbd Step Ribs. Pg. 21-18 Step 8: Riveted the Nutplate Brackets and Step Attach Angles to the F-1202F Bulkhead on both sides of the fuselage. Step 9: Riveted the F-1202F Bulkhead to the Fuselage Corner Skins on bothe sides. Did not rivet to the Bottom Skin. Removed the steps. They get in the way during construction. Will install later. Step 11: Dimpled four nutplates for the top flange of the F-1202F Bulkhead. Step 12: Installed the snap bushings called out into the holes indicated. Pg. 21-19 Step 1: Dimpled all the #30 holes and #40 nutplate attach holes indicated in both Step Floors. Step 2: Dimpled and riveted the nutplates to the seat Floors. Step 3: Riveted the Step Floors to the F-1202F Bulkhead, Step Ribs and the F-1203A Bulkhead including the Seat Floor Supports. Step 4: Dimpled two additional nutplates and installed them by sticking them to tape on my finger tip and reaching through the lightening holes. My hands are too big to fit through the holes.
