Step 5: Using the string install earlier, Russ Helped me pull the Rudder Cables aft through the Snap Bushings, Snap Bushing Brackets and out the F-1211 Bulkhead.
Step 6: Temporarily attached one Rudder Cable Link to the forked end of each Rudder Cable.
Pg. 32-12
Step 1: Set the Rudder Pedal Rigging Stop between the Pedal Blocks and the F-1202F Bulkhead.
Step 2: Drew a Line down the center of the of the Rudder Cable Links.
Step 3: Centered the Rudder, pulled the Rudder Cables tight, centered the line on the Rudder Cable Links, then clamped the links to the Rudder Horn.
Step 4: Verified the the Rudder was centered, marked the hole centers on the Rudder Cable Links.
Step 5: Removed the Rudder Pedal Rigging Stop.
Step 6: Removed the Rudder Cable Links from the Rudder Cables and attached the Rudder Cables to the Rudder Horn.
Step 7: With an AN3 bolt through one end of left pair of marked and unmarked links, clamped them to a block of wood.
Step 8: Drilled #30 through both Rudder Cable Links at the marked hole center. The drilled #12.
Step 9: Repeated the previous steps with the right pair of links.
Step 10: Trimmed the Rudder Cable Links with a .25" radius on the ends with the new holes.
The drill drifted while drilling the holes for the left Rudder Cable Links. I've elected to reorder the link material and refabricate left links.
