The Right AST half had a mismatch of 1/4" with the Stabilator at the outboard trailing edge. Got 1/8" out by rebuilding the left side with new parts and assuring the parts were on a flat smooth table. The right side I elected to carefully remove the rivets from the three outboard ribs and the entire hinge half. Applied opposite twist while clecoing and initial riveting, then with the AST on flat and smooth table, completed the riveting. Now the ends match on each end.
