Brief Description: Drilling the canopy onto the tube frame
It took me at least 2 hours of more fine tuning of the frames to get it where the canopy fit just perfect all the way around. My kids managed to run away since they new I would need help for next step.. you see.. it's about 95 degrees and it can get quite hot inside the cabin. I managed to convince my neighbor's son to help. He sat patiently inside holding the tube frames while I drilled... slowly and carefully. These were some tense moments ! But finally it was done ... no cracks!!! After admiring the beautiful look of the canopy and how it fits on the airplane.... I realized that I had cut the rear rubber trim too short.... once again! This is just what I did on my first XL and I had to order more... so here we go again... I guess the third time is the charm.
