Well ... after numerous hours of studying the plans and testing with trips and determining the bend lines... I decided to proceed wit the bending of the flap skin. It did not take long for distaster to strike. On the first bend, the aluminum moved about 5mm on one side of the bend brake while bending. After crying like a baby.... I then sat down and slowly moved from the denial stage, passing through the anger stage and then finally, arriving to the acceptance of a SNAFU.
