Brief Description: 2.- Forming blocks for Ribs 1- 3
Boy.. this process takes a long time. I spent most of the day laying out the coordinates per the plans, cutting and sanding the form blocks. I decided to make a pair for each rib so that one serves as the forming block of one side while the other sandwiches the metal while forming.. then I will just repeat and bend towards the opposite side to form the rest of the ribs. I ran out of wood after rib #3 so back to Home Depot I went.
