I decided to build a frame that will provide strength and serve as a radio stack to the SL40 and GTX-327. I had to recruit my youngest (Patrick) to help out with this process. I fabricated the gussets and then drilled them to the panel first. I then had to cleco the top skin to ensure that I drill the gussets to the radio support base correctly. This is when Patrick really came in handy!.
