Perfect timing. Today I received a couple of videos from Can Zac Aviation (building a Glass Panel and Electric Wiring 101). After seeing these videos I was very temped in purchasing the 2 1/4" and 3 1/8" punch dies for the instrument panel. I will test a couple of alternate methods tomorrow before making this decision. For the rectangular holes, Can Zac recommeds using the good old Olfa knife. I was originally going to use my dremmel. It takes considerably longer but it is worth it. The trick is to drill small corner holes and then use the olffa knife in between.
