Brief Description: 1.- Installing Flap Motor and control tubes
This took a lot of time and attention to detail. I remembered how painful it was on my first XL. I set the wing jig in place so as to be able to drill the exact location of the control tube. Once both sides were done, I then installed the control tube bearings. The next dilema was to figure out the position of the lever so that I could then install the bolts between the Left and Right control tubes along with the Flap Actuator Control tube. I decided to make the flap forming block so that I could then drill the hole where the lever pin holds the flap in the nuetral position. This worked great !
