At least now I can say that if I had not messed up with the solid riveting, I would have not forced myself to learn how to drill out a bad rivet. I had previously purchased a rivet removal tool from Aircraft Tools and now it is proven invaluable. It was very easy to used !! From the pictures below you can see how the rivet set... forming the head towards one side. I must say that the first rivet from left formed a strange fan type head. Till this day.. I don't know why...
