Brief Description: Drilled Elevator Horns into place
I decided to re-do the upper horn. It was about 3-4 mm short on it's base. The new one came out so much better. After staring at the drawings for a couple of hours I noticed that the plans call for a AS5 rivet on the first hole of the horns (the one that takes most of the load). Once again comparing to my first XL, that one only had A5 rivets. I might have to keep it light on aerobatics when flying my old one (just kidding!). I then proceeded to drill the upper and lower horn along with the doubler. I think I now know how I am going to drill the angle that sits inside.
