Brief Description: Cutting 0.040" for Horizontal Stabilizer Rear Spar
After several failed attempts to use the olfa knife effectively on such a log stretch (6T1-4) which is over 7' long, I decided to create a jig that would enable me to cut the 0.040" material without scratching the hell out of it. I used my dremmel tool to create a small hole on a metal ruler that I could then use to guide my olfa knife through the material. I works like a charm! I wish I had come up with this before my first attempt. Oh well ... lesson learned.
