It took me longer to locate the 6' sheet of 0.025 than to cut and bend the Spar. I wish I had a bigger garage so I could organize the different sheet sizes. I bent the spar with over sized flanges so as to ensure a good bend given the long piece. I then used my tile cutting technique to trim the flanges to the correct size. It does such a good job.
