Brief Description: Riveted the upper Stabilizer skin
Deburred and Riveted the upper skin. I also decided to drill the hinge in place but not rivet. This way I will be able to drill the hinge onto the elevator without having to take the hinge apart. I hung the stabilizer on the ceiling. Hopefully it won't be long before I take it down to install it.
