Brief Description: Outstanding Success with bend brake tuning !
Came home from work and ran into the garage to try out the bend brake... now that the "skid-no-more" coating had dried. I bent the 4 spar doublers without any problems. The last piece was only 50mm wide and it held perfectly. It's amazing what a little science and common sense can do. Now I need to figure out an easy way of trimming the excess material. I don't want to use the Olfa knife... I want to finish this project within the next decade! I tried the band saw and I can't quite get a straight edge.
