Cut and fit left wing tip to wing. Drilled out for attachment to wing, making sure trailing edge lined up with aileron in neutral position. Removed wing tip and positioned wing tip rib. Marked and drilled wing tip rib. Fluted and positioned cross rib in wing tip and marked and drilled pilot holes for cross rib. Also cut and fit right wing to to wing. Then drilled out for attachment to wing, making sure trailing edge lined up with aileron in neutral position. Removed wing tip and positioned wing tip rib. Marked and drilled wing tip rib. Fluted and positioned cross rib in wing tip and marked and drilled pilot holes for cross rib. Both wings ready to bond in cross ribs.
