Made aileron alignment tool out of Aluminum bar and mounted to left wing. Fitted and drilled out aileron hinge brackets and mounted to ailerons with required bolts. Set bellcrank in neutral position with the bellcrank jig and preset W-918 push rod to approximate length. Final adjusted push rod length using aileron alignment tool as guide, then tightened lock nuts with lock-tite. Drilled out the aileron stop final rivet hole using aileron to adjust position of stop. Tested aileron movement to insure had 15 degree down movement and 25 degree up movement. Repeated for right wing. Removed ailerons and completed priming and riveting of aileron stops.Connected wiring on both wings to terminal strips and connected nav lights to terminal strips. Also added connectors for strobe lights to cables in both wings at both ends.Reinstalled left wing aileron (with bellcrank jig) to allow fitting of wing tips. Clecoed in bottom skin for drilling into wing tips. Cut left wing tip for aileron clearance and test fit wing tip into wing. Need to make final adjustments before drilling.
