Glued up rudder trailing edge with fuel tank sealant. Used elevator spars as 'angles' to hold the trailing edge straight. Match drilled both elevator skins. Deburred all holes and dimpled all elevator stiffeners. Completed dimpling right elevator skin for stiffeners. Began construction of both elevators counterbalance arms. Fluted ribs and attached counterbalance skins. Had difficulty aligning holes. Both counterbalance arms now clecoed and ready for drilling. Began work on trim tab. Formed ribs and clamping 'V' blocks. Formed trim tab horns and clecoed to trim tab. Completed forming of trim tab rear edge. Bend over both ends of trim tab and drilled and deburred holes for rivets. Clecoed in the trim tab spar - ready for drilling.
