Brief Description: Left Horiz Stab

Removed plastic protective coating on Horizontal Stabilizer skins. Clecoed Left Horizontal Stabilizer framework to skin. Then drilled out all holes to #40. Took apart Right Horizonatl Stabilizer framework and began deburring and dimpling.
