Completed Right Horizontal Stabalizer skin clecoing and hole enlarging. First fluted forward ribs to fit into skin, then fit forward spar and main ribs and followed up with rear spar. Drilled out all holes oversize. Shown is my neighbor (Harry Stauffer) joining in with the clecoing.
