Set the nose wheel breakout force and drilled and installed nose wheel cotter pin. Prepped and primed the U813 brackets. Fitted and drilled the nose wheel fairings together. Cut slot for nose wheel gear leg in fairing. Drilled fairing to U813 brackets. Installed platenuts to U813 brackets and enlarged holes in fairing to use cup washers for strength. Installed platenuts for attaching forward fairing nose. Cut nose gear fairing and fit to nose gear. Installed hinge in nose gear fairing and fit to nose gear. Need to add fiberglass reinforcement to complete installation.
