Made 1/8 and 7/8 spacers for canopy frame. Adjusted F631A ribs for flange angles and fluted these ribs to straighten them out. Marked splice plate and drilled to one of the F631A ribs. Countersunk and riveted the tip-up frame braces and finished drilling the frame skin. Began clamping the frame pieces into place with the spacers to test for fit. Adjusted (and re-adjusted!) the frame pieces to get what appears to be a reasonable fit. Then match drilled the frame splice plates into place and manufactured the wedge spacers for the splice plates. Removed frame skin and deburred all holes.
