Cut panel opening for EFIS/EMS. Will final fit when get EFIS/EMS. Cut panel opening for GPS mount. Cut angle supports for this mount and riveted to panel. Will check fit when get GPS. Cut holes for switches and circuit breakers into panel and trimmed lexan labels to fit.Cut tubing sheath for electrical wires running down firewall and under center tunnel. Cut openings for master and starter relay wires and fuel pump wire. Routed these wires through the tube. Then routed remainder of wires through tube. Next routed the wing wires out to each wing opening after checking to make sure all grommets were in place. Then cut a tube for the wires going through the center control tunnel and routed the wires going back through this tube. Then cut holes for another tube to route from the center control tunnel under the baggage compartment to the strobe/tail light panels. Routed wires for the strobe/tail lights through this tube and also ran the two wing strobe cables through this tube up to the control stick area and out to each wing. We plan to leave these uncut and route them directly to the strobe lights on the end of each wing. We'll leave enough of a service loop to allow cutting these if the wings need to be removed. The nav light and landing light wires we'll run into terminal strips at the wing roots so these wires can just be unscrewed it the wings need to be removed. Now ready to connect wires at each location.
