Fabricated master and starter relay backing plate. Cut holes for mounting relays to firewall and backing plate. Attached plateneuts to backing plate, deburred and primed, ready to install. Riveted battery box support angles to battery box and added platenuts to battery box support angles, ready to install. Drilled out firewall for battery ground strap platenut, ready to install.Drilled mounting holes for cabin heat box to attach to firewall. Riveted master and starter relay backing plate to firewall. Attached master and starter relays to firewall. Attached battery box to firewall. Temporarily attached battery retainer strap to battery box. Attached battery ground strap to firewall - ready to mount to battery. Also attached battery to master relay cable to master relay - ready to mount to battery. Riveted gascolator backing plate to firewall - ready to mount gascolator. Drilled holes for hose mountings and riveted platenuts for mounting. Loosely mounted fuel hose. Drilled out one hole for engine mount. Temporarily mounted engine mount to check clearances and test for alignment. Found interference with a platenut used for mounting the aux fuel pump. Need to determine fix before proceed.
